Shipping Information:

All orders will be processed within 24 hours. Orders take 2-3 weeks to ship. If ordering smaller case quantities (1-2 cases), then your order will most likely ship out within 48 hours. If you need by a certain date, please place your order online and in the section marked "Need By", please put in the date you need by. Alternately you can send your PO by fax to 760-859-3052 with the need by date clearly marked. We will then contact you if we are not sure we can fulfill your order by the Need By date.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Cancellations. After your order has been processed it cannot be cancelled without incurring a 20% restocking fee. If your order has already been shipped out, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways as well. Please be absolutely sure you have ordered the correct items before placing your order. If in doubt, please call an account specialist before placing your order.

Returns. We do not accept returns. Please be absolutely sure that the products you are ordering are what you need before placing your order. If in doubt, please call an 800-314-0846 and ask for an Account Specialist.

Damaged Items. As most of our orders ship out freight, it is extremely important that you open up the cartons and inspect the boxes while the carrier is still available. You must write down on the receiving slip that there was damage when you received the items. The carrier will then give you a copy of the receiving list. Please fax this with a copy of your invoice to 760-859-3052 and put Attention Damaged Items in the subject line. For concealed damaged please notify us within 3 days of receipt and send a fax with a copy of your receipt from the carrier as well as your invoice to 760-859-3052. Please put "Concealed Damage" as the subject line. If there was not obvious damage to the outside of the box(es), and it appears the damage was from the manufacturer, please open the items and take digital photos of the outside of the box as well as the damaged pieces. Please email the images to claims@bulkcampinggear.com with a copy of your invoice as well as the receiving list from the carrier.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

Yes. You must order in minimum case quantities. We cannot break cases.

Can I order without a reseller permit?

Yes. We are a retail store with retail prices. We are not a distributor so you don't need a reseller permit.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. With a minimum order of $2500, we can offer you free shipping to the lower 48 states.

Do you export to Canada or other countries?

No we do not export nor do we sell to those we know will be exporting our products. Most brand name products have specific rules about exporting and we are not set up as exporters with our accounts. Please contact the manufacturers directly for questions about exporting.

How can I check on the status of my order?

When you place your order you will be assigned an Account Specialist. You can contact your Account Specialist at any time with questions or concerns about your order.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Wire Transfer, or Check. If you prefer a different payment method, please call your Account Specialist.

I only received part of my order, where's the rest?

Sometimes the manufacturers are backordered of the products. When this is the case, the manufacturer automatically partial ships out your order via freight and then sends the rest via UPS or Fedex as it becomes available. If you have any questions, please call your account specialist and they can check on the status of backorderd items.

Do you offer any more discounts?

Yes of course! We offer 1% purchase credit for every order over $1000. So if you order $3000 of products, not only will you receive free shipping but also $30 towards your next purchase!
